A Black was shot multiple times by Wisconsin Police: Video posted on social media caused outraged in people.

A shooting video of a black man by Wisconsin was captured on Sunday which has sparked an outrage and backlash amongst people.
Responding to a domestic case Kenosha Police reported to the scène at 5:00 pm where involved a Police officer shooting a black man said KPD in a news release. The man who was shot was air lifted to Milwaukee hospital is in said to be in a serious condition, they added.
Almost immediately the incident let to unrest in t he city around 40 miles of the Milwaukee Hospital.
At 10:15 pm, Sunday Kenosha Police has declared an emergency curfew in while address the media they said," That the public needs to be off the streets for their safety," the curfew will remain in effect until 7:00 pm Monday.
Chanting "no justice" "no peace" a crowd of almost 100 people reached outside the public safety building Kenosha county. However they were moved away from the building.
Later Police used tear gases to scatter the crowd.
A city dump truck was positioned to stop the traffic heading towards the police department at 11:00 p.m . The crowd dispersed on hearing a big boom sound which came from a bursting tire.
Following the incident a very little information was released from the police department but the graphic video shows shooting of a black man by an officer multi times from a close range.
John Blake (the man shot) can be seen walking towards the vehicle followed by an armed officer drawing gun towards him. John enters the vehicle and the officer tugs him by his shirt and fires at him from a close range. Almost 7 shots can be heard fired followed by the car horn. Two officers are visible near the vehicle however it is unclear what exactly had happened before the shooting. The video cuts away immediately after shooting.

"They will be traumatized forever. We cannot let officers violate their duty to PROTECT us. Our kids deserve better!!" reads his tweet.

Gov. Tony Evers tweets," "While we do not have all of the details yet, what we know for certain is that he is not the first Black man or person to have been shot or injured or mercilessly killed at the hands of individuals in law enforcement in our state or our country,"
"We stand against excessive use of force and immediate escalation when engaging with Black Wisconsinites." Evers adds
Ina a news release KDP said that the shooitng would be investigated by the Wisconsin Department of Justice.
"We shouldn’t have to see one more video of a Black human being brutalized and/or gunned down by police in a clear case of excessive or unwarranted force.Anybody who doesn’t believe we are beyond a state of emergency is choosing to lack empathy and awareness."tweeted Bernice King the daughter of the Martin Luther King Jr.
