Hollywood: Multiple acres, Spa a swimming pool and stunning view. Sylvester Stallone is selling is property at La Quinta, California. However the asking price is $3.35 million which is $1.15 million lesser to what the actor had paid for a decade ago.
Josh Reef Douglas Elli man the man who listed this property say that The Mediterranean style villa has 4889 sq.ft of interior space with 5 bath rooms, 4 bed room.
According to the list the villa was built in 2008 the two stored spacious apartment offers ample living space, stone fire place, dining room at terrace, double height ceiling, wood-and-stone center island, kitchen with wood cabinets, wine and breakfast room.
According to the property records the 73 year old actor had bought this property in 2010 at $4.5 million via a trust.
In 2014 Stallone first listed the property at $4.2 million. The property has been on and off the record with change of agents. In 2016 the villa was last listed at $3.625 million.
Mr.Stallones rep also confirms as he being the seller with no further comments.
The villa is well maintained and Mr.Sattlone and family used this home for dessert vacation says Mr. Reef.
Design details includes arched entryways, vaulted and beamed ceilings, wood double door and fire places throughout. The 4.889 sq.ft villa also has multiple terraces, spa, pool and a built in fire pit.
